We all have odd characteristic mole on the face or body. Depending on where you are located, moles can be sexy, attractive and give personality. However, we have them closely watched because moles can also get sick and give rise to melanoma, one of the most dangerous forms of skin cancer.

Asymmetry. Moles always retain the same healthy size. If you notice that change in size or shape, for example, if one is not equal to half the time in color, thickness or size, is that there is a problem.
Irregular edges. A malignant mole is characterized by rough edges, irregular, poorly defined.
Color. Look at the color is another way to detect a malignant mole. Healthy moles are uniform pigmentation. If, however, you discover that the same moon has various shades of beige, brown or black or even red, white or blue, possibly it is a malignant mole.
Diameter. Moles are usually bad more than 6mm in diameter, when they are developed. If caught early, can be smaller.
