We must learn to deal with fear, understand it’s part of being human, having it, but we can do things to avoid being mastered, we will see below.
What are you afraid of?: You need to know clearly what you fear. Take a reading and think about it, but we always fear of something, when it becomes a situation that constantly round our heads means that is affecting us and we need to do to get better. Think what can happen if you really dreaded are exaggerations or just your imagination.
What can you do about it? . Think if there is anything you can do to decrease your fear, or situation that causes it and do it. For example, if you are afraid of being robbed, takes precautions, like not walking with flashy things, bring the money in your pocket and have firmly established your wallet. This will give you more confidence and feel calmer.
Observe others: take example from others who have been there, or for other situations, so you see that have been overcome. Sometimes go a little confronting the situations that scare you you’ll be giving greater security. If you look to others will surely see what happens to you is something, but as you have all the tools to overcome it.
Face your fears: even if you are too eager to run, life has its challenges and we must win, or at least try absolutely. If you really scared, go slowly, but face it and watch your anxiety will decrease.
We are all afraid, but we are mastered, although difficult, but if you have patience and think that from today you will try to handle it, you’re going until you pass noticing changes and you feel good again.
