Meditation and aerobic exerciseIntrospection and exercise may sound like opposites, but with the ashtanga yoga, also known as aerobic yoga are two sides of the same coin. Levels II and III are for practitioners with many years and physical abilities and very advanced. It is said that very few people in the world have had access to level III.
